Fees and funding
Knowing what an appointment will cost should not be the hard part. Our standard consultation fees are below, along with the Medicare rebate you may be able to claim back on each one.

You do not need a referral to be seen. If you have a valid referral you may also be eligible for a Medicare rebate. Please note, we are not a bulk billing service. Most appointments will incur an out of pocket cost. *Medicare rebates cannot be claimed for sessions with a provisional psychologist.
Ways to fund an assessment
Private
The full cost is invoiced directly to you. A deposit is collected before your first session and the balance is invoiced as sessions are completed. Payment plans may be available, so please ask during your Planning Call.
Medicare
Rebates are available for people under 25 with a valid paediatrician referral (items 110 to 131, or the telehealth equivalents). Medicare allows eight allied health assessment services in a lifetime, and a review is needed after the first four. Rebates partly offset the total. They do not cover the full fee. If you are 25 or over, please ask us what funding may apply.
NDIS
Cognitive assessments may be claimable under Capacity Building. We invoice your plan manager, or you directly if you are self managed. There may be a small out of pocket expense, because NDIS funded hours and assessment billed hours can differ.
Third party
We accept approved organisations, with agreement or referral from the organisation. A confirmed purchase order or written approval is needed before booking.
Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. A fee of $120 applies if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, up to 5pm on the day before it, or $80 where the appointment is with a provisional psychologist. Cancellations made after 5pm on the day before, and non-attendance, are charged the full session fee.
